Nomination Order

For an auction draft, managers rotate and take turns nominating players. By nominating a player, you automatically bid $1 on that player. You can nominate any player you want at any time during the draft.

For example, if I am first to nominate a player, and I nominate Brandon Marshall, the bidding for Brandon Marshall starts at $1 and then the rest of the league has a chance to continue the bidding from there.

Although unimportant, we need to come up with an order for nominating players. It’s not a big deal (way less important than the draft “order” in a snake draft) and doesn’t really effect anything, but it needs to be done.

I could just randomly pick names out of a hat, or go by last year’s standings, but wanted to see if anyone had any creative, simple ideas/suggestions.

That’s all. Carry on.

If I can’t convince you on an auction draft, maybe my good friend Matthew Berry can.
